What to put in your first message
Enquiries that get a specific answer back on the first reply usually cover five things:
- What you're launching. A single, an album, a product drop, a tour, a festival, a roster of athletes, a rebrand.
- When it needs to land. Release dates and announcement windows shape everything about how a campaign is built.
- Who you need to reach. The audience, the market and the platforms where that audience actually spends time.
- What success looks like. Streams, sales, sign-ups, ticket sales, followers, sentiment — the metric you'll be judged on internally.
- The budget range you're working within. Even a rough band lets us tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
